BudgetBoats.net was developed by Budget Boats Inc. to provide a fast, easy, and secure alternative to purchase products and services from Budget Boats, as well as to provide access to information relating to our products and services. By continuing to access/interact with our website, content, and services, you hereby agree to these terms. BudgetBoats.net is owned and operated by Budget Boats Inc. We (Budget Boats Inc.) reserve the right to change, update, and modify these terms at our discretion, without prior notice to you. Please review these terms periodically.

To use or access our website, content, and services, you confirm that you are of age 18 (Years) or older. Otherwise, you must be under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who has read, understands, and agrees to these terms. If these options do not apply to you, or you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from further use of BudgetBoats.net.

Budget Boats Inc. hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our website and services in compliance with these terms. You agree not to use/display/frame/distribute/sell/make derivative works (of) any of our content without the express written permission of Budget Boats Inc., prior to use. You agree not to attempt to access the accounts of other users without their express written permission. You agree to provide current and accurate information. You agree to pay for item(s) by confirming your order.

To the full extent permitted by law, Budget Boats Inc., it’s employees, and agents make no promises, guarantees, representations, or warranties as to BudgetBoats.net, including: completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, propriety, security, or reliability. Information and products displayed on BudgetBoats.net is provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and any risk(s) of using BudgetBoats.net is assumed by you; unless otherwise stated in writing, by an authorized Budget Boats Administrator. Budget Boats expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including (but not limited to) accuracy, merchantability, and non-infringement. In no event shall Budget Boats Inc., BudgetBoats.net, it’s employees, or agents be liable for lost profits, revenues, data, time, or good will.

Claims

Any claim, cause of accusation, demand, or dispute arising from, or related to Budget Boats Inc. will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Virginia, except to the extent governed by Unites States Federal Law. Any claims will be exclusively resolved via binding arbitration in the city of Chesapeake, VA. You agree to indemnify and hold Budget Boats Inc. exempt from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorney and arbitration fees) that relate to your use of BudgetBoats.net

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from BudgetBoats.net are done so in accordance to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

We and our distributors attempt to provide the most accurate descriptions available. However, we do not warranty, guarantee, or promise that product descriptions, prices, titles, tags, notes, comments, images, or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. If an item is not as described, it is the duty of the purchaser to return the item, in un-used condition, within 15 business days of delivery.

Deposits

A Deposit (A.K.A Down Payment) is a portion of an items total that is required at checkout.
10% or $500 whichever is greater.
Once a deposit has been placed on an item, our service department will service & prepare the item (where applicable), that item will no longer be available for sale.
A Deposit is required to hold an item.
Deposits for “special order”, remanufactured/rebuilt items, service work, or customized items are not refundable (includes boats with remanufactured/rebuilt engines).

Once a deposit has been placed, you agree to pay the full (Total) amount described during the checkout process. Payment must be made in full prior to the item being shipped, delivered, or otherwise transfered from the posession of Budget Boats to you (the buyer). 

Once the item has been paid in full, Budget Boats will release the item(s) and any documents necessary to register the item in the state of Virginia.
